Property staging is a full furniture and accessories rental service for empty houses. I create a welcoming, lived-in feel before you put your property on the market for sale or rent. It’s your own show home with an option for your buyer to buy all fixtures, fittings and equipment. And, if you’re staying put, I help with all your styling needs.

What’s the process?

  • I take the time to get to know you and everyone who will use the space. I want to understand your expectations, budget and how you want your space to look and feel, drawing inspiration from your ideas.

  • I create a visual concept for your home using mood boards and floorplans, showcasing the colours, furniture and materials we can use to bring your vision to life. 

  • If you need it, I use floor plans to show how suggested furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) will look, fit and flow within your space. I can also plan lighting and electrics.

  • once the design concept is approved, I make sure you're happy with every detail by providing fabric and paint samples. Specifications and 2D rendered elevations for bespoke joinery is an additional cost. 

  • Once our design process is complete, I create a schedule for containing specifications for furniture and accessories. These come together to create the overall scheme.  

  • Once you've approved all your FF&E, I order everything on your behalf. I can also project manage all deliveries and installations to make sure it stays on time and within budget.
