If you’re a property developer, investor, estate agent, property manager or homeowners with a serviced accommodation, I’m here to help. If required I work with joiners, builders, kitchen and bathroom fitters as part of your client project team.

What’s the process?

  • I take the time to get to know you and everyone who will use the space. I want to understand your expectations, budget and how you want your space to look and feel, drawing inspiration from your ideas.

  • I create a visual concept for your home using mood boards and floorplans, showcasing the colours, furniture and materials we can use to bring your vision to life. 

  • If you need it, I use floor plans to show how suggested furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) will look, fit and flow within your space. I can also plan lighting and electrics.

  • once the design concept is approved, I make sure you're happy with every detail by providing fabric and paint samples. Specifications and 2D rendered elevations for bespoke joinery is an additional cost. 

  • Once our design process is complete, I create a shopping list with furniture, fixtures and equipment included. These come together to create the overall scheme.  

  • Once you've approved all your FF&E, I order everything on your behalf. I can also project manage all deliveries and installations to make sure it stays on time and within budget.
